Scientifically Proven: Bengston Healing's Impact
The Bengston Healing Method, developed by William Bengston, PhD, has been scientifically proven to positively affect different health conditions in humans and animals. These findings have been confirmed by research studies performed in collaboration with universities and medical laboratories and published in international scientific journals.

Scientifically Proven: Bengston Healing's Impact
- A double-blind placebo-controlled study published in the Journal of Scientific Exploration showed that taking two drops of both Bengs Restore and Bengs Recover 4-6 times a day significantly improves Covid symptoms.
- After 1 week of treatment, Covid patients in the Bengs group had significantly higher scores for general sense of well-being, and significantly lower scores for body temperature, throat soreness, and coughing.
- Additionally, patients in the Bengs group were less positive for Covid, as shown by PCR testing. By Day 6 of treatment, 70% of patients in the Placebo Control group were still Covid-positive, compared to only 42.5% of positive patients in the Bengs group.
- This study was the first demonstration of beneficial anti-viral properties of Bengs products in a clinical setting, serving as an important insight into the vast potential of informed water for enhancing human immune health and general wellbeing.
Three survey studies indicate that taking Bengs Restore leads to significant health improvements

Of the 90 participants included in the study, 59% reported improvements in their primary health condition after 8 weeks of taking Bengs Restore. Volunteers also reported improvements in secondary conditions and metrics, such as elevated mood, better sleep, and an overall sense of well-being, with the most striking reports coming in at 4 weeks, when 71% of participants reported positive effects.
Third Study (European)
Similar to US studies, 91 volunteers from The Netherlands and Belgium took Bengs Restore for 8 weeks. Here, 57% of participants reported improvements in their primary health concern at 8 weeks, and 56% reported improvements in other conditions, such as general wellness. Based on participants’ ratings of their physical, emotional and spiritual health, we found that Bengs Restore significantly improved all three metrics.
Research on human cell lines and mice
The Bengston Method lowers the activity of cancer-promoting genes
In 2018, one of our research papers was published in an international scientific journal Dose-Response. Here, we studied the effect of the Bengston Method on cancer cells, showing direct effects of our healing method on their genetic make-up.
Genes are bits of molecular code that cells „read“ to create proteins – large molecules that build all living matter. Proteins create walls (membranes), build cellular scaffolding (cytoskeleton) and make sure that the cell is functional (enzymes). But all proteins come from genes, and activating different genes can make the cell gain, or lose, its functionality. For instance, when certain genes are overactivated, they can make the cell divide too rapidly, which can lead to tumor formation and other types of cancer.
